Our mission is to promote the personal and professional development of young women so they can act as agents of social change in their communities. One way we accomplish this mission is a week long international course in Portland. By expanding study abroad opportunities to first-generation, indigenous, and low-income college students, we open new pathways for cross-cultural understanding.

Our programs prepare women to lead their communities by improving decision making power, increasing self-confidence and leadership skills, and encouraging social entrepreneurship.

We weave together site visits with community partners from diverse backgrounds to highlight Oregon leaders' strengths and challenges as they work towards a more just and equal society. Throughout the week experience, women are encouraged to reflect with one another, build connections, and ask questions of the experts who share their stories with us.
